Sorry that I have not been writing in my blog lately, but, here I am! I have many updates, but, I will do them one at a time instead of unloading them all in one entry. A few weeks ago, I went to bed like ordinary, and I had a dream that was awesome. In the dream, I was standing in my kitchen and I was talking with someone, he was a guy that I didn't recognize at that time, and I was speaking with him in Japanese. The room was kind of dim, and I don't know if I asked him where he was from, or if I just thought it, but, he said to me that he lived right next door. I remember thinking of the particular house next door, but, I later thought that he wasn't literally meaning next door, but, that he was someone close to me. When I woke up from the dream, The Lord gave me a name, and that week, I ended up meeting that guy! That dream was encouraging to me because someone prayed weeks ago that I would start dreaming in Japanese.

Welcome to my new blog!

Hi everyone! I am a horrible blogger, but, by God's grace, I will be excellent this time around. I started this blog as a way for people to join with me as I share my heart for the nation of Japan. I have been on a journey for about a year now as God has begun to prick my heart with love for Japan and for the Japanese people. So much so, that I will be moving there for 2 and a half months this summer to work with Assemblies of God as a short term missionary. As I am preparing to go, I want all of my friends and family to be able to connect with what God is doing in me and through me. I plan on keeping this blog updated as I prepare to go to Japan, while I am in the country, and after I leave. At the end of the day, I pray that all reading this blog will fall in love with this nation that is on God's heart. God bless, and I pray that my blog blesses you!
